They were very accommodating with the pick up time and they arrived on time and the tow truck driver was extremely friendly, and despite the frigid cold temperatures, we were able to get the van hooked up and taken away. I wanted to make sure the process was handled professionally — both to protect myself (so the car wouldn’t end up in the wrong hands) and for environmental reasons. Their driver, Chad, arrived right on time and had all the paperwork prepared and explained clearly. He even offered to let me visit the site to witness exactly how my car would be recycled, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Even though it was getting dark and he still had a two-hour drive to the Greenway Auto Recycling yard, Chad remained courteous, patient, and completely professional. Do I need to be present when you pick up the car?

It’s preferable for the owner or a representative to be present during pick-up for a smooth transaction, but arrangements can be made if that’s not possible.
