Green Way Auto Recycling is family owned Canadian recycling facility that’s been in business since 2002. Our main junkyard is located in port Perry Ontario however we service and remove scrap cars from anywhere in GTA and its surrounding areas. We have a headquarter located in Scarborough Ontario and an office in Vaughan Ontario. We are fully licensed for recycling cars and selling used parts to maintain a green and sustainable car production service. Once shipped overseas, these cars are re-labeled with a different tag number and go through several repairs to make the usable. It’s a double-win-win situation for all of us. Our warehouse is also equipped with a tire shop where we open tires to recycle. Certain tires are in good condition and we re-sale them back to the public and other businesses. This allows us to pocket more profit than just scrapping our cars directly to a mill meanwhile we become more aggressive with our prices and pay even more dollars when buying scrap cars compared to other scrap car removal businesses.

Scrapping cars is a lengthy procedure. Green Way Auto Recycling takes an extra step in practicing a safe and environmentally friendly procedure to ensure that our workers, customers, public, and environment are safe and sound during recycling our cars. Our facility is equipped with multiple bays containing double-wall sealed containers to store all types of fluid contamination such as gasoline, motor oil, transmission oil, brake fluid, steering pump fluid, and radiator fluid. We have trained individuals to use our special gas vacuum to pump out any leftover freon gas from the car and store it in a special air-tight container.
We also have a trained individual that is an expert in handling car batteries. We safely remove all the batteries and store them in a safe box for recycling purposes. Certain good batteries are recharged and sold back to the public for a cheaper price. Our yard is equipped with many fire extinguishers and an eye washstand. We regularly inspect the yard for any oil contamination and any other safety-related issues. Our team members perform a daily safety check for all our trucks and machinery to ensure a safe business operation.
